ProcureRight is a full-stack digital procurement platform built for India's construction industry by TRP Construction Pvt. Ltd. (Gurugram).
It enables buyers — project managers, procurement heads, and site engineers — to upload Bills of Quantities (BOQs), discover and onboard pre-vetted vendors, raise RFQs, compare competitive quotes, and issue purchase orders from a single web dashboard.

The Challenge
Fragmented, Offline Workflows
India's construction procurement was stuck in fragmented, offline workflows — BOQs shared over WhatsApp, vendor negotiations over phone calls, and purchase orders on paper. TRP identified four critical pain points across project sites:
No centralised vendor discovery
Project teams relied on personal contacts to find material suppliers, leading to inconsistent quality and pricing with no way to compare multiple vendors at once.
BOQ management was manual and error-prone
Bills of Quantities were shared as unstructured Excel files or PDFs, making it impossible to track versions, quantities, or procurement status in real time.
Zero transparency in quotation comparison
Buyers received vendor quotes through email and WhatsApp with no structured way to compare pricing, terms, and delivery timelines side by side.
No digital audit trail
Purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communications were scattered across emails and files, making compliance reviews and dispute resolution extremely difficult.

A searchable, filtered catalogue of pre-vetted construction material vendors with profiles, product listings, ratings, and service area coverage.
RFQ Engine
Buyers send Request for Quotations to multiple vendors simultaneously from the BOQ, with configurable deadlines, item-level requirements, and delivery terms.
Purchase Order & Audit Trail
Generate, send, and track digital POs with e-approval workflows, status tracking (Pending → Confirmed → Delivered), and a complete document audit trail for compliance.
